Oh i see now.

So you shutdown your "Dual Opteron server with at least 100 GB
available" "on a US 100 Mbit collocation" that should hold a
"webbased/yast integrated software warehouse" with "individual user
quota" called the "SUPER repository" and start to talk with the existing
packager groups and SUSE about an integrated solution. Cool!
