Sure that is well known.

We are not inventing anything, we are just talking about a structure on
how to best go towards a fast growing repository in the future and maybe
even start now and not wait until 2006. By then we need to be ready. Not
that much time left. 

I think this discussion is very useful to grow a community around what
so far has been a closed product. It is indeed quite crucial IMHO.
