I'll have to download the kernel manually as it won't install over the existing one.  Thanks for the help.

preload is there already. Not prePRE as this is currently done only via
manual steps anyhow.


With prelink I am just not sure if it makes any real world difference.
I rather have people report back and manually do it.

If you want prelink make sure /etc/sysconfig/prelink has this


USE_PRELINK="yes"

and then run

SuSEconfig
