Which points to the PDF version, not an online version.

That's a useful link but there's a missing file, namely one describing
the RPM package style which is part one of the PDF. Also, while the
other pages are available to view online, once you find them, the
spc.html file isn't. Trying to view it online results in the page being
offered for download.

I can see a good point for allowing comments and hints, and even other
additional information, provided that these additions are marked as
such.

That's also a good idea. Link to the main pages on forgeftp.novell.com
and have the wiki pages almost like a discussion page, or a forum[0].
There's also the possibility of holding the discussions about bits of
the guidelines on this list.


[0] Are there actually any plans to create an openSUSE web forum?
