My opinions/feeling/sense on many of these projects is too subjective. I'd suggest that you try to interact with the communities involved and ask more specific questions. I don't think opensuse-virtual is the best forum for this discussion. Maybe you'd have better luck on a more general cloud or virtualization forums or mailing lists. (The xen-users mailing list can be a good place for such discussion, especially if you are able to ask more specific questions).
