First: like others said befor, it's not SPAM, its his page, and you don't
need to click on them, so no problem.
second: yes, just beeing here for google-ranks is not the idea
so what to do with it?
conclusion: If there is the user only here for goggle-ranking or something
like this,
1) make the user inactive after some time of inaktivity
2) if his/her only aktivity is to just activate again, delete him/her
reason: this is a community. To be member of a community means activity.
No activity, no member, no personal page.
