The wiki grows and is more and more difficult to browse. I
propose we think about new kind of Top level Categories. I
dropped some ideas here:

I think we shoud avoid some kind of basic names (help,
documentation, HOWTOs) that are too undefinites for this level
These TLC should give access to a tree, with SLC (secondary
Level categories).
These two kinds (TLC and SLC) should only be visible in
category pages themselves (not on ordinary wiki pages)
your opinion?
