Well, it's default mediawiki behaviour to work like that; that is,
REDIRECT doesn't work for interwiki links, since it may confuse users
(from a mediawiki point-of-view). There's not many reasons for it to
be enabled for the openSUSE wiki, but it can be done with an option if
necessary.
