leave them as they are (English).
are these copyright notice going to be on each and every page? if yes,
I don't want to translate lecal stuff. If not (if copied only on the
main page, for example) it could be possible to _add_ a translation,
letting the english text for reference
it's also possible to translate but give a link to the english reference
IMPORTANT NOTE: Some page names given in links on the french home page
include accents. Are you sure your skin manage this cleanly? if yes,
it's better, but it may be more secure to use non accented letters??
