There were a few issues which hopefully should be resolved by now:
* non-editable pages:
I have moved all blocked pages (MediWiki:*) to the regular namespace,
so they should be editable by everyone now
* OsNovellCopyright:
I have created versions for each language of this file
* zh_cn
I have added a dummy sidebar and a OsNovellCopyright page
A few words on the test wiki:
- It's a completely independent test instance
- You have to create a new login
- Although we will continue to have a publicly accessable test server in
the future, this very instance will be shut down soon without prior
notice. A new test wiki will be set up on another server. So do not
store anything in this wiki you might need later.
