in case there is a real must-have reason, I just branched mint-themes from openSUSE_Leap_15.0 to my home project and built it for openSUSE_Leap_42.3...: <https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log/home:manfred-h/mint-themes/openSUSE_Leap_42.3/x86_64> That might be an option.
