Hi Manfred,
The mint-themes package is set as hard dependency to make sure that
everybody gets the new look. I could set it as Recommend, but I'm
aware that some people disable that and the new look would end up
being "broken" for them.

A better solution is to make the theme build for Leap 42.3 and I will
contact the maintainer about it. Meanwhile you can add my home repo if
you wish :)
