Try this

sax2 -r -m 0=fglrx -b /usr/X11R6/lib/sax/profile/firegl -i

That is the one that I used on my 9.3 machine. You can always check to 
make sure the file is there. I haven't tried it on the 10.0 yet, but 
I'll get to it tomorrow if this doesn't work..
