Using Sax2 in the Monitor section there is the "Manufacturer's Disk" button. 
I believe it only looks to a floppy drive. If the monitor came with the 
Windows *.inf file on a floppy just use it or copy it from CD to floppy, 
etc.

Or you could edit /usr/X11R6/lib/sax/api/data/cdb/Monitors and add in the 
details. Keep a copy of this file for future reference.

Then got to the Bug Report area and request that it be added in the future.
