No, not really. The name evaluation is still confising for people who do
not read this message and come to the site.
The name should be in such a way understandable that you do not need to
post a clarification. The amount of questions around this should make it
clear that people unfortunatly do not understand these differences.

I understand that the thought behind it is that you use the download
version to `evaluate` it to be made interested to but the retail version.

The average user however things that SUSE Linux OSS fits that description
already. It is even more confusing if the OSS and the Eval are binary
identical, with the OSS having less software.

Why should I download the OSS instead of the Eval? My opnion is that the
Eval and the OSS are so close together that you should drop one. Just add
a 6th CD with all the non-OSS stuff for people to download that can be
added as an instalation source.

The space you make available could be made available for an OSS DVD.

So for 10.0 I would go this way:
1 Retail (Full DVD+6CD set)
1 OSS (5CD or DVD with the same content)
1 CD with extra's that can be used as an instalation source.

I know how to make my own DVD from the CD's, so for me you can drop that
part. ;-)
