Well, "Software" is an Anglisism in German these days. Such words are
always written in capital letters in German. So Frank as a German knows
what he is talking about.

"SuSE was originally an acronym for the German phrase "Software- und
System-Entwicklung" ("Software and system development"). The company is
now simply called SuSE Linux, and "SuSE" does not officially stand for
anything any more. There is unofficial rumour that the name is an
analogy with the German computer pioneer Konrad Zuse. "

That is why in Germany it was known as SuSE (S_oftware- u_nd
S_ystem-E_ntwicklung). When it was sold, Novell took over the name and
changed it to SUSE. In American and English there are no anglo-american
conotated words it relates to anymore.
