It seems that this reload has to happen after the gdm is started. Why?
I have noticed that rcalsasound won't load the drivers for one of the
sound cards (chip snd_intel8x0) if launched with the "start" parameter.
I had to modify the script /etc/rc.d/alsasound adding this line
$0 reload
just under "0)".
I'm using suse 10.0
