What is the reason you just not use GPL as the majority of licenses?
To know what Licenses are used in SUSE you need to have a wroking `pin`:
L=License:;pin $L|awk -F${L} '{print $2}'|sort|uniq -c|sort -nr|less
This will give you a list of all the licences that the different programs
have in SUSE. If you do not have a working 'pin' you can do the same with
a zgrep on ARCHIVES.gz
