I am just trying to point out that a subject had been discussed on the
mailinglist and that nothing of that subject has been used on the  IRC
meeting.

What _I_ think went on was:
IRC Meeting 1: Discuss wether banana's are green or yellow
Mailinglist  : More often banana's are yellow and some people don't like
               banana's.
IRC Meeting 2: No agreement has been reached. Discuss some more and
               now banana's are more often green.
