OK, that's your point of view and it's a fair opinion. At the end of the
day, it means that Novell employees might have more work and should
change their behaviour of communicating with us, the community. So you
need to somehow convince them that this is necessary/beneficial and you
should come up with a list in what area and in which way the
communication could be improved (saying "it must be improved" is far too
general). It must be a practical proposal that is easy to put into
action. If you post such a proposal, others can add to it if desired and
necessary. And if it's really realistic and practical, I am sure our
friends at Novell do not object to put it into action...
