No it is not. There are OT posts but they are -not- that prevalent.
If there are problems it is because it appears that there is no one in
control. For the faithful it is becoming more difficult to keep control
over posting style (-no- top posting, take OT to the OT list). There
needs to be someone in charge -not- moderated but the ability to
unsubscribe addresses that start bouncing and dropping OT posts.
