I know what you point on, but that's basically WRONG:

The MS EULA reads:
4. USE WITH VIRTUALIZATION TECHNOLOGIES. You may not use the software
installed on the licensed device within a virtual (or otherwise
emulated) hardware system.

-> you are NOT allowed to use the same license, that you have on the
physical installation, inisde a virtual installation. But according to
this sentence, you're allowed to install it in a virtaul machine.
