So my OpenSuse 10.2 crashed on me. I had amaroK,GTK-Gnutella, GAIM, and Firefox
open. My computer froze (this is new to me) and I had to hard reboot it. When it
started, two things didn't work (that I know of).
1) KPowerSave won't start. This is my error message:
System configuration startup check disabled.

You get the idea.
2) YaST Software Management doesn't recognize my OpenSUSe 10.2 CD as a source
anymore. It won't let me go to other sources either until I click Skip about 15
times. Any ideas of what's wrong?
Also, what can cause OpenSuSe 10.2 to freeze? What can I do to prevent it from
freezing/crashing? If a freeze does happen, what steps should I take to prevent
errors. If errors happen, what can I do to recover? Thanks all.
