When i now start odccm it returns silently,
can i assume that it started properly?

Now i don't know what to do next...

The IPAQ is, according to /var/log/messages', connected.

Entering 'pls' returns
 pls
pls: Could not find configuration at path '(Default)'

Entering 'rapip:///' in konqueror returns
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
 klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_rapip'.

I have found a synce-kde-pack-0.9.1-6.src.rpm on my system (probably
from the old OpenSuse 10.1?), it is installed and contains thinks like rapip etc.

Where did you get your 'synce-kde' from?

thanks
Marcel
