If the RPM is not available (actually downloaded into your machine,
though not necessarily installed) then the file list is not available.
So, getting a list of the files in an RPM would require first
downloading all RPMS. Nit an efficient solution.

I would suggest looking at places like http://rpm.pbone.net

It will let you find RPMs, many of which you will see are the ones you
are interested in. The nice thing is that this site will also list the
files in the RPMs.

Not as direct, but it can get you where you want.
