If the RPM is not available (actually downloaded into your machine, though not necessarily installed) then the file list is not available. So, getting a list of the files in an RPM would require first downloading all RPMS. Nit an efficient solution. I would suggest looking at places like http://rpm.pbone.net It will let you find RPMs, many of which you will see are the ones you are interested in.
