Pay particular attention to section 11) Licensing and Patent Issues,
and
section 12) Alternate Technologies.
Eventually this issue will die--- like the GIF issue has died... most
folks
use JPEG now. There will come a time when most folks use Ogg Vorbis... its
just a matter of time. In fact, you can help. DONT USE MP3.
