Have to ask ask the question that is begging to be asked. :-)  Why not
just get/use a service like hotmail/yahoo/gmail then? Although it is
still possible to find out where the message came from and so forth.
<shrug> Don't even have to use your real name. There really isn't no
such thing as being unknown and so forth on the internet. Contrary to
popular belief.
