Virtually any time zen-updater coughs up an error and can not complete the process most users are in trouble and have to start searching for solutions, either on this list or via google. Just go to the archives and search on "updater" only in the english list and only in the last 3 months. You will have plenty of reading. For a specific example of such a situation, considder: Who wrote the dreaded error message: "Resolvable id xxxxxx does not exist." That man needs a trip to the wood-shed.
