Hmmm....sounds like a challenge! I just got a new 7290 leash - um, I mean - blackberry. I was up in Sacramento today for a big meeting. In the 12 hours or so I was gone, I got a total of 238 messages. (No, I am not subscribed to any non-government mailing lists at work.) Ugh! I'll have to help your "friend" out. What does your "friend" now use? Is it currently connecting to Exchange? In fact, what does your "friend" even do in Windows?
