[opensuse] No DST update for SUSE 10.0

My firewall is running SUSE 10.0.  One thing I've noticed is that it 
doesn't seem to have been updated for the new DST dates.  I've even 
tried the fix on DesktopLinux.com, but it still shows the wrong date.
