That fixes it only for those who find out about and install them. It doesn't fix the problem, it's only a bandaid. Better to configure the list so it just works. Even ig rbird, kmail, evolution and all the other *x email clients are fixed to work well (some do), there are still others such as Lookout/Lookout Express.
