nope. it does not have mysql support.

 If not, could someone please let me know how to do so :-)

Use dovecot (reccommended, and it has mysql support builtin) :P
or rebuild cyrus with mysql support ( see the documentation
http://asg.web.cmu.edu/cyrus/imapd/ )
