Did you try to "upgrade" a FC6 to some version of SuSE > Linux / openSUSE? I'd expect that to yield a mess far beyond video > driver mismatch. I thought that I was quite specific in describing the problem. I have one computer on my LAN that is running Fedora Core 6 and I preformed an update with Smart Package Manager. After that, open GL apps don't work any more. Is that clear? If it had been an opensuse problem, I would not have said "Maybe OT" in the subject line. Now, to also answer Sloan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> in this email: > and this relates to opensuse how? > My assumption was that it is an upgrade problem and no matter what distro is being used, a problem with an upgrade - especially using Smart - would be something that the gurus here on the opensuse list could help with. I am surprised that wasn't obvious. Obviously I was sadly mistaken. My apologies to the group for my assumption.
