Then your report will be utterly ignored. No one at suse will see it, and
if they do see it, they will not acat until someone does report it in
bugzilla.

Sad but true: no way to report by email.

Oh, well, I was expecting this. E-mail is not the best tool for bug
tracking after all.


However, Patrick advice is good: enter false private information. Like
"bussiness: not your bussiness". "Phone: 555 1234"

I could. But I will not, because in my opinion giving false
information would be like using a software without agreeing with the
EULA. I try to respect as much as possible the author's wishes, and in
that case false information would be against it (otherwise the fields
would not have been marked as required). I hope you can understand my
point of view.

I will just have to wait for somebody else to run into this problem
and submit a bug report. Meanwhile I will tell my colleagues to run
"su -c kate" instead of "su -c gedit", or start learning vim.
