Actually, the sound of "moxnix" is very close to some dialects.

"Machts nichts", just as "it doesn't matter", is often used after someone made 
mistake, as a sign of forgiveness. 

Basil claimed, it has "real" Smart, and Patric's "moxnix" made me laugh:
"It is forgiven, Basil. It's not your fault."
