At monday 1 st, on a bad configured mirror ;-). Then the hole was fixed. I got the info in this list. I was told that today some 'holes' was opened, but I can't tell you where. I tried to find out without success. A friend of mine got the torrent and now 10.3 is installed. From my part, I'm just now seeding the torrents but using a narrow bandwidth.
