Has anyone found a way of stopping Kmail from locking the PC up ? I am running SuSE 10.2 (32 bit) on an Asus M2V-MX with 1 gig DDR2 533 ram with an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4800+. Using a GeForce 7300 LE with 256 meg of ram on board. 2 IDE hard drives and a SATA DVD RW.
Since updating my motherboard and CPU from an AMD 2400XP with 1 gig of ram on a SIS chipset motherboard KMail locks up the PC. I can not see any pattern to the lockups. I have left the PC when KMail locks up to see if the PC will come back to me but even after leaving it for 8 hours over night the PC is still locked up.
