We are aware of at least one serious problem with a11y support, but frankly we don't have a lot of expertise in what the behavior is supposed to be in various cases so any information you can provide would be great. I did spend some time with the accessbility team at the GNOME summit this past weekend trying to get a better understanding of how everything works.
