I wasn't sure what openSUSE version you are using. 

The 'sa' command is used with zypper delivered with openSUSE 10.2, but it will 
work in 10.3. 

The 'ar' or 'addrepo' is new name, for that function, listed 
with 'zypper --help' (zypper 0.8.25 openSUSE 10.3).
