Same here. I just got off the phone with Novell, and mentioned this thread, which got me bumped up another level. But I still didn't get any more information. I was told that the product is built to order (!), which is why it takes so long. Somebody needs to get this straightened out. I've ordered the boxed set every single time since 5.3 ten years ago, and never had to wait this long.
