Then you won't be using openSUSE and more???? As there are articles deriding Novell's contract w/m$ and lots of fluff about 10.3 being a #.0 version rather than an update/upgrade from 10.2/10.1.... ONLY low end hardware is now i586/i686, most is 64bit and dual/4 core. seems that being glued to 32bit apps on a 64bit system a bit like wanting to stay with a straight stick transmission because nobody will use an automatic, and there is no benefit. ps. this argument is agrument for the sake of argument and accomplishes nothing. You will stick with 32bit because you "have read" that "some people" have had problems with 64bit and others have opinioned that there is "no benefit". But no FACTs have been displayed.
