I followed your advice, deleted audacity package. Then I 
removed the '.audacity-data' folder from my home dir.
Reinstalled audacity again.
Nothing has changed. Audacity asks which language to use 
then nothing happens.
It is obviously wrong configuration but how can I trace what is 
wrong?
