then debug smart by disabling all the repositories but oss, non-oss and rpm-sys, delete: /var/lib/smart/channels and /var/lib/smart/cache then: smart upgrade --update if that doesn't work, I don't know. It it does, add back one repository at a time repeating the other steps until a failure.
