Well. I thought that would be done as usual. Nope. SMART seems to want
to look for a gzipped 'packages' file, while there is only a plain text
file in the directory. I get this error. It is added to smart as a yast2
repository.

error: Failed acquiring information for 'SUSE 10.0 Java Repository':
error:
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source-java/suse/setup/descr/packages.gz:
 Not Found

There are a few other repositories that I have this issue with. Maybe I
should not add them as yast2? I am running smart 0.52.

I see that on my 10.3 GM dvd (nothing to do with this problem - just a
comparison to a repository I have locally) the packages files are
zipped. So shouldn't they be so on the web as well? Or should smart be
looking for both versions?

What am I doing wrong?
