No version of XP supports PAE. That support is only offered by Windows Server 2003. Your only chance would be 64 bit XP on machines that support it. Exactly that. It's deemed a server feature and thus only avialble for those willing to hand over big money. But rather it's useless anyway as applications can get 2 GiB at max.
