Ah, of course... I'm also on 32-bit 10.2. My previously working but now broken Audacity version claims to be 1.3.3-beta in the status bar when it's loading. It crashes when I try Help -> About :-) I'll try updating to 1.3.4-Beta (and maybe 1.3.4-2 if your question gets answered.)
