Fred, I remember from a previous thread that you could not run the Epson 4490 in opensuse 10.3 64b and you had to go to 32b version. Now with vuescan are you able to use opensuse 10.3 64 bit? I am using the 4990 and I love it but...I want to save few $ :-) (this is a gift for my daughter and she runs suse 64)
