That's odd, I must have missed the part where suse said they won't support reiserfs any more. I'm running all my 10.3 installs on reiser with no problems. The suse enterprise 10 servers I installed a couple weeks ago defaulted to reiser too, come to think of it. Could you explain what your support concerns were? Sorry, I don't have an answer on the ext3 woes, as I don't use ext3. No doubt others here can speak directly to the issue.
