I not only agree with Randall here, but would like to point out that
this remains true when, instead of looking at ICT in general, we FOSS
enthusiasts look at how FOSS values and importance are clear among
non-geeks:
" If FOSS advocates cannot make the advantages of FOSS
self-evident [to non-programmers], they have failed"
