i think that the problem is into the conexion from the postfix to the dns
server (into the same server) that doesn't runs well.
You still have a DNS problem. Solve this first:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~> nslookup lpis.com ns1.lpis.com

;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
You have to solve this first, even if it seems that from the inside you
have DNS.
